In all classes, options are given to suit individual needs. The emphasis is on listening to our inner wisdom to find ways of moving which promote greater strength, freedom and wellbeing.

‘Moving from the Inside’
Moderately energetic. Movement, breathing and guided relaxation.
Suitable for beginners and experienced.
